I stayed at this hotel in Germany and it was a terrible experience. The rooms were very dirty and full of bugs. Despite telling the staff multiple times, they never replaced the toilet paper. On top of all this chaos, they told us that breakfast was included, but on the day we checked out, they suddenly charged us for it. We didn’t have time to argue because we were in a hurry. An absolute disaster of a hotel.
