We booked a two-night stay and returned to the motel to rest, exhausted from travelling, only to find ourselves locked out for nearly an hour in the cold on the second night. Our key cards would not open the doors. We had to call security for assistance, who had to travel from the city to retrieve the master key card from the motel office before letting us in.

Location was great. Very close to supermarkets and restaurants. The triple room was clean and comfortable. We were unable to use the washing machine and dryer as they obviously haven’t been used for a very long time and were dusty.

Phoned the hotel the day prior to arrival. Was advised that I did not have a booking. As I was travelling, I did not have access to the booking info to be able to argue. Was advised they were booked out, so not only did I pay but had to find alternate accommodation
