We were given a room with non-functional heating on a cold weekend. A small electric heater was provided as an alternative. This was insufficient, particularly as when we came back to the room on our 2nd evening we found that housekeeping had left the window open.
Pretty unhappy about having paid so much for a cold room. (and having to spend 40 or so minutes going back and forth with reception)
