A very well-appointed hotel finished to a high standard in all respects. Good quality food and drinks served by polite and helpful staff. Ample off-road parking.

My sister and I had a two night break to catch up. The hotel has a lovely garden and lots of places to sit other than the bar and restaurant.
The Pool etc is very nice the only problem with it is there are often people who aren’t staying there using it as people can join as members. This meant there were several times where there wasn’t space in the whirlpool or a spare lounger.
We were disappointed to find that we couldn’t use the pool on the day we had checked out, as we had been staying we thought it was a reasonable request.
It won’t deter us and our next catch up could easily be back at the hotel.

When i booked it with agoada it said free breakfast but when. got there this had not been added to my booking causing a real fuss
Also it should be made clear before booking this hotel that if you don’t book directly with them but through another site the spa pool and facilities are £15 per person extra to use it

I stayed with my sister and nephew and we were both disappointed with the room cleanliness . The breakfast was served delayed I spotted a fly which was devastating . However , after complaining the staff did clean up the room properly .
