First off, I had to sit in traffic on the same road that the hotel was o for over a half hour! There's way too much traffic that passes in front of the hotel! The hotel needs a new paint job on the outside. The parking is a big joke! It barely fits 3 small cars! You have to drive down an alley to get to it, while there are tables and chairs on both sides of the alley, with people everywhere in your way! Then if you want to leave the parking lot, you have to back up and go forward multiple times in order to flip your car around so that you drive forward out of the alley and not backwards. And you have to hope nobody is coming to the parking lot as you are trying to drive out! Huge problem there!! Also, there are many deliveries going on all day in that alley with the nearby businesses and you have to wait for them to finish, usually about 15-20 minutes!
The rooms all have double doors that can easily be pushed open for someone to go in and rob you. I could tell someone tried breaking in the room before because the door was all chipped at the lock. The air conditioner was outdated and was loud, which prevented me from sleeping. The nightlife in the area was so loud, that even with ear plugs, I could still hear the thumping music until 3am! Then 4 hours later, everyone is slamming doors and talking loud, people screaming at each other, kids crying! There is no sound insulation, so the noise in the hallway is amplified! No elevator, old simulated fake wood flooring that I believe is plastic, which was broken and a real mess in certain areas was creaky when I walked across it, The bathroom mirror was so old that the border was not reflecting about 2" around all 4 sides. My 2' balcony was also a joke. I had a nice view of garbage, rooftops full of junk, and the parking lot. The back entrance was slippery from water constantly leaking everywhere in front of the steps. It must have been happening for years because it looked like green algae or something like it had set in. The door handle on the inside of the back door came right off, the night employee had to find a screw to keep it from coming out. Very old furniture, beds, chairs, closet. There was no toilet roll holder. The two rolls of toilet paper had to sit on top of the toilet tank. Small cheap TV in the room. I think you get the picture. This place should be charging no more than 20 euros a night! The only reason I rented here is because of the false advertisement that it was a "Luxury Hotel" that had many extras. It was all a big lie and I suffered for it at this hotel!
