    Cute little studio type hotel, it felt more cozy compared to usual hotels with the added kitchen, living room, dining table situation. It’s self check in, HOWEVER staff didn’t send me check in instructions or parking, so getting there was a bit frustrating since it’s located on a busy street and I had no way to park and contacting help took a bit of time. The also didn’t send me check in instructions so I had to walk around and find staff so they could contact the company for help. Also parking fee was $55 a night which is extremely pricy, but if you’re here for buisiness/ travels and want a homey hotel I’d pick this. Maybe just make sure you receive an email from the company about check in instructions.

    Great room and overall stay. My first time in LA for work. I will come back. There is a gate and security code to get into the hotel that you get once you fill out all the reservation info. So the location is very secure. The area is a 3.5/5. But not dangerous.

    It was our 10th wedding anniversary and I booked the hotel to say for 4 nights. While they gave us a good setup with a cake and card, the room was not what was shown on pictures on online. The net looked burn, light not working, bed shaky and might break and overall did not have a good feel. When I called to change room, they say no occupancy and will revert next day. I told them to cancel my booking and refund but they say can’t but will escalate. I left the premise and booked another hotel with an additional cost. This is very disappointing. Will not recommend this unless for location. Not ideal for family.
