It was my first time to this hotel and to Belgrade. I researched the hotel by reading reviews. However, I did not notice the sudden date change on the payment page on your website. I had difficulty with my reservation regarding the date. Fortunately, we noticed the situation thanks to the e-mail I sent to the hotel beforehand. They said they would help me when I went there. But I was very worried because it was my first visit and I was going there for the first time. When I went there, they told me that they would upgrade me and give me a double room as there was no room, I agreed to pay the price difference and went to my room because I was tired, but hours later, while I was falling asleep, I received a very interesting call, as if a sudden raid. I had difficulty because my sleep, which was very limited, was interrupted. The reason for the split was that they accepted the upgrade in the morning, but in the afternoon they said I had to discuss it with you, the website, and Agoda, and I sat down and looked for ways to reach Agoda. Those moments were terrible for me. It is not on your website directly on WhatsApp, but later we found it on WhatsApp somehow. And I went there after work, tired and sleepless. I was very angry because my sleep was interrupted. Later, we somehow resolved this situation with your website and you reached me 5 hours later.
I was told that I would not be charged any price difference, but since it was a VIP Room, I was still charged a difference when I checked out in the morning. Everything else was very nice, very Okey, but their attitude was very wrong. I did not make the reservation wrong. Your site changed the dates I chose and redirected me on the payment page. That's why my first impression was not very pleasant. However, if I were to comment on the room and the hotel, the hotel and it were really good in terms of cleanliness and everything else. It was very disturbing that they only accepted me in the morning and then woke me up again saying we couldn't get the money.
