I booked for 3 adults but only king sized bed was provided. I specifically entered 3 adults expecting an extra bed for the 3rd adult but said they can’t provide one..so better clarify before confirming your booking. 10mins walk to the train station. Cleanliness can be improved since the hotel is dated.

Several minute walk from Hangzhou East Station's east exit. It was not easy to walk to the hotel at first. I recommend you walk through the nearby building and take the elevator.
