    Booked a room with city view but when arrived at hotel was given a room with artificial view of a corridor. Hotel said that Agoda paid them for the cheapest room available

    Short walking distant to the MRT station. The staff are very friendly, room cleaner very thoughtful and helpful, the restaurant staff reserved some portion of the breakfast for us when knowing we will be coming in late. Room is newly renovated and extremely clean!! Love the shower room. Definitely will be my first choice when coming to Shanghai again.

    We had a pleasant stay at Ji Hotel Shanghai Xinzhuang. The service was excellent — the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were especially grateful that they allowed us to check in early as there was a room available, which made our trip much more convenient. The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a short stay. One small thing to note — the window in the room we chose faced a decorative hallway, so it didn’t offer a real outside view. That aside, everything else was great. The location is quite central and made it easy for us to get around — not too far from the main attractions and well-connected by public transport. Would definitely consider staying here again!
