I stayed at Inn City for a couple nights in March 2026. It was about what I expected for a boutique hotel; none of the exceptional perks of a full-service hotel, but nevertheless it was exactly what I needed for my time and budget. The room was clean and well stocked with soft drinks and water in the mini-fridge. The bed is comfortable, the TV works well, the bathroom is clean and the shower has a good supply of hot water. Unfortunately, there was only body soap in the shower, also no body lotion, so bring your own supply. There is plenty of space for two people in the room, but it may get a little cramped depending on your preference. There's no need to stay in the room anyway as it is located near a vibrant section of Bornova where you can find a number of excellent coffee shops, bars/lounges, bakeries, restaurants, and more. The staff is very friendly, and each morning a full Turkish breakfast was delivered to my room. The only thing about the location of the hotel is parking. If you are familiar with Izmir, parking is always an issue and this was not an exception. However, the hotel has a few parking spots reserved for clients at the front door. But if those are taken you may have to park and walk a few blocks away. My recommendation would be to bypass using a car and walk and/or use public transportation/taxis/Uber. Overall, it was a good experience and I'm thankful I was able to stay at Inn City Park Hotel during my time back in Izmir.
