Good basic motel. Some other reviews mentioned the hot water pressure was an issue, however we found it to be working fine for our 1 night. Note that depending on the season, their office closes relatively early, so make sure you check-in on time for your first night. For our stay in mid-March, we got there just in time before the 8pm office closing.

This place is clean, close to I405 and Dino's Pub, McDonald's, Starbucks, a mini mart, etc. The pool is non functional, there is no breakfast... they have ice and few toiletries. The staff goes all out to help with whatever they can. You get what you pay for...

I very rarely write reviews, but it is my civic duty to share this. I had arrived unexpectedly late at 3:00am on the first day of my reservation. I was dropped off at the office wich was closed until 8am. I decided to get out of there quick when I encountered 5 people just hanging out outside for whatever reason and they seemed to take a special interest in me and/or the wheeled travel tote of work equiptment I travel with. I heard the one that was walking around on the second floor walk way say to an other say something and all I could make out was him saying some thing about a "******* white mother ******". I was the only "******* white mother ******" out side so I can only assume they were talking about me. Then I heard the other one say "nah hes got a gun, look at his hand in his pocket". I was just cold and did'nt have a gun I just had one hand in my pocket, but after hearing that my hand stayed in my pocket holding my imaginary gun. They stood there and watched me until the Uber arrived to take me away. I origionally was going to come back when I was going to find somewhere else to stay for the night and return when the office was open for the remaining 3 days of my reservation, but I quickly decided that I should find a place where an employed white person with a permanent home doesnt need a gun. I called oyo an tried to cancel the remainder of my reservation and not get charged for the next 3 days that I would'nt be there and some girl told me to call agoda. I called again and some guy yelled at me and told me he could not do anything. I called agoda customer service and they told me this is non refundable. So I paid 4 days for a room that I never stepped into. I travel a lot and generally just take a shower sleep and leave and am not looking for the fanciest hotels, but I draw the line at border line homeless refuges with 24hr out door drug activity. This hotel can fly a kite and agoda can too for being no help with the refund. This is my 3rd strike with agoda, the other two were times when my plans changed and they would not refund a penny of the reservations I had made, agoda customer service is useless btw if you have never had to use it.
