    Just cross the street to access the old town with shops. The hotel gives free bus vouchers to go to the train station which is 4 stops away. The young man receptionist was extremely helpful and provided us with all the necessary information. A very vomfortable and pleasant stay.

    Room is clean and good size downside you can hear footsteps above you constantly walking a bit disturbing with your sleep. But over all i still recommend the place. For me bathroom is important that it’s clean and fresh and they have that kind of thing bedroom and bathroom love it. Love the location and staffs are friendly. Couole filipinos from London

    The hotel is located near to shopping street, many restaurants, and bus stop to and from Lucerne train station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is small but it’s ok for a night stay. Ask for the city ticket one day before check in, so that you can take a bus from train station to Lowenplatz bus stop which is just 50m to hotel entrance.

    The hotel was relatively inexpensive for Switzerland and I stress Switzerland. Really it was over priced for what it was. The location was ok but the facilities were poor, some of the sockets were not working, paint chipped off the walls and radiators, just not value for money, reminded me of student halls. There was also one pathetic pillow each for myself and my partner which was completely inadequate.
