We love staying at Hyatt hotels that’s we booked this hotel in Roseville. However, this hotel wasn’t up to the same standards as the other Hyatt we stayed in. We stayed for 3 days and not once an employee greeted us except when we checked in. We passed by many employees especially housekeepers and no one said Hi. The room is dirty, for example, the fridge had mold and stains on the carpet. The only good thing about this place is that it’s near the mall. Would I stay here again? Probably not.
