    We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Madeleine. The staff are courteous and helpful. They even provide us a complimentary cake and macarons for our anniversary.

    With the super high price we paid for the rooms, My room was bad with unacceptable shower strength and poor water heater adjustment, and faulty WC. Made known to the hotel staff but nothing could be done about the shower strength and water heater. Location was good though since we could walk to major shopping areas like Galeries Lafayette, etc and some restaurants. Will not recommend to stay here given the hotel conditions and high price at about $900/room night.
