The hotel is a 30-minute drive from the city centre, and the café has a very limited pastry selection. Room service only starts at 5 pm, which means guests arriving earlier and hungry must go out in cold, wet weather to look for food. After a long journey, checking in without having had lunch, this was extremely inconvenient
