This house has broken shower doors that could be taken off and a shower curtain put up instead. The toilet seat is broken, a cabinet in the kitchen needs to be repaired but just a screw, water gets all over the floor, the shower drips, there are no fans in the bathrooms and the kitchen trash can is always full. These are easy things to fix if the owner would only give the house manager about $60.

Best bang for your buck. I don't know what I would have done without this hotel. Friendly people willing to go the extra mile. Great for those who need a place to rest in some stability

Some repairs need attention to be done and the bathroom shower doors are broken which could be a hazard.
