Hotel ZaZa is practically perfect, but I would be remis if I didn't say the tge cuisine at Group Therapy is not up to par with rest of the hotel. It is mediocre and over priced.

I am one of those people if I don’t feel comfortable in a place I won’t stay there. I have to say the hotel Zaza was a great stay. The only thing I didn’t like was how rude the staff was at the hotel restaurant on the seventh floor. It was my first night there I just wanted to sit down and have something to eat. We’ve been traveling all day and the hostess was extremely rude and the people that attended the restaurant were staying outside of the hotel. It was a very younger And I don’t think that food was worth what they were charging. So that was one area that we did not indulging. The valet staff and shuttle staff was exceptional so was the room service staff. I loved how they left things in our room for us while we were out.
