    There are many restaurants nearby and monmartre is super close to walk. It is located inside of the street so it is very quiet at night which is helpful for the sleep!

    Look, you are in an incredible area of Paris, you can walk to Monmatre, walk down to Opera, Rue des Martyrs. The area feels safe and being behind a locked gate entrance added to that. The staff were very helpful and polite. Here are the potential negatives: The room was extremely small, I stayed with my sister and the twin beds were very narrow. You could hear toilets flushing, doors opening and closing. There was some mould on the ceiling. Our tea cups that we used never got cleaned/replaced. HOWEVER: the beds were made each day, bathroom was clean, noise did not disturb my sleep and I wasn't in the room much. So for me, the safety and location were all worth it for what is a good price in an amazing part of Paris.

    Location is fantastic, close to many bakeries, and the metro. Also just a short walk to Montmartre. It’s also quiet. Great stay.

    The hotel is in a gated area in the Pigalle district of Paris. Steps form shops and restaurants of all kinds. Also pretty close to Montmartre. A 5 minute walk to the metro too. However, the room is tiny for two. No closet space so our bags took up a lot of room. The room was clean though. And the staff were all very helpful. But we had to take two trips up the elevator, which was only big enough for 2 or 3 people at a time. However, the killer for us was that on the last night of our trip we were subjected to what sounded like garbage trucks loading and unloading for hours in the middle of the night. Maybe this was just unlucky but it meant no sleep on the last night of our stay.
