Whilst the staff were very nice we had no hot water , no aircon for 3 days . Broken toilet seat & toilet paper holder .
We received no compensation for this not even breakfast as a replacement, just sorry but we still had to pay the city tax . We asked to pay city tax by card they said no it had to be cash then the next person checking out paid it by card .
Would not recommend on multiple levels.

Excellent location with 2-3 mins walk to train station.
The room is clean but don’t know why the floor stinky when we wearing slippers and shoes. Also, we haven’t opened the window yet, but the mosquitoes already standby in the room….
The toilet is dark and there's mold all around the toilet’s wall, even we closed the door, you can still smell it in the room.

Perfect location, very near the train and bus station. Value for money but the facilities need to be improved. The room has a peculiar smell, the lights are broken and need to be replaced, the bathroom mirrors are already tarnished.

Nothing more than a basic stay for one night. It is not cheap, but somehow pisa is not cheap in general. Good location close to the train station (easy connect with airport).
