It was one of the best hotels Ive been to. The location is perfect and the view of the lake is stunning especially during our dinner and breakfast! The rooms are really cozy but it’s a bit outdated and not so modern. For example, they still have the small TVS instead of those flatscreen ones. You can also observe in their cabinets and wardrobes that it is a bit old. They definitely need to modernize the rooms. But overall, the room is cozy and clean. Our balcony has the best view! The facilities are also perfect and we really enjoyed it a lot except for the SPA bc all you can do there is just sit but the swimming pool and the jacuzzi and fun! The dinner is 100%. It’s a bit pricey of course because it is Switzerland but it is worth it and we had the best night view of the lake!! My boyfriend definitely wants to go back there one day again.

We were a group of 17 in Milan for a few days and thought it’s great to take a break to the mountain in Switzerland, so we found a 3 star hotel just to stay for 1 night to enjoy the mountain. However, it turned out to be one of the best surprises during our trip. Everyone got so excited and took a million photos when we first got there, and we had lunch there and the foods were fantastic! After lunch we spend an hour at the terrace to wait for our rooms to be ready. When checked in we were surprised with free sauna, jacuzzi, and heated pools! The rooms are very clean and quiet, and all the staff are super friendly and professional. It’s a pity that we could only stay for 1 night this time, but I’m sure we will definitely come back for more! This is a FIVE STAR 3 star hotel!
