The toilets had bad smell mainly due to poor ventilation system. However the location is 10 out of 10, we chose room with balcony and the lake view was totally worth it.

We had our best time in Zellamsee. The place it self is beautiful and has lot to offer. Regarding the hotel 1) Best location... right outside the lake and very close to the bus and train station 2) Best people... very helpful and cooperative folks... they gave good suggestions to explore in Zellamsee

A very well maintained and clean property. Its located right next to the lake and entrance to the boat station. There is car parking facility provided. Train moves right next to this hotel but it wasn't a disturbance for us. Rooms aren't very spacious but its adjustable. Staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

The pictures of the room are not real. Old furnitures Hotel is very close to train tracks, very noisy sounds cannot get quiet sleep.
