The Hotel Rojan is a wonderful hotel in the historic center of Sulmona. We had a junior suite room that was spotless, large, and quiet. The breakfast was great, with gluten free choices. Parking was free and just outside the hotel. The hotel provided a permit that allowed car access to the center and retroactive notification to the police to avoid a fine.
What really makes this hotel special are the owners and staff who are so genuinely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make every part of your stay memorable. We can't thank them enough for all they provided.
While this is not a 5 star hotel ( hence the less than perfect rating) without swimming pool, etc. The people there make it 5 star. If you want to stay in the center of Sulmona ( and we recommend this) stay here.
