    The included breakfast is great and the dining area can accommodate a fair amount of people quite comfortably. A great selection of food and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I'd say the location is not the best for getting to all the places you really want to spend your time when you're in Sirmione. About a 40-50 minute walk which can be cut to like 10 minutes if you catch the bus but it doesn't always come and could be quite expensive doing that multiple days in a row.

    110% to these hoteliers. Rooms modern clean spacious and comfortable Breakfast was good. Eggs a little on over done side but can fault nothing else. Restaurant was excellent Service good Location excellent we had a car so quite a walk to old town but 5 mins out and reflected in price. Excellent value for money
