It was a lat minute booking! However when I got to the hotel I stayed for 5 min in lobby, rang the bell, than another gentlemen’ came behind me. Finally a lady showed up and I told her my name and we have a room however she totally ignored me and help the man and got his room took him to his room than came and helped me! I did tell her I was there before him! I was so mad!
We got a room on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator! Breakfast was done by the time we got down at around 9:30 am. Don’t expect much from your hostesses!
