All I did was try to re-confirm the checkout rules of the hotel since they are not written anywhere to the old white haired woman. I told her nicely I just wanted to double check that I just leave my key on the counter when I leave in the morning (a very simple question, yes or no would suffice). She responded by going on a verbal tirade. She kept berating me. She said I told you the receipt would be there in the morning (I did not ask about the receipt at all). Then she said oh I already told you how to do it! Would you like to check out now? She had only interacted with me twice and snapped at me for no reason. She should not be working in customer service if she is going to have a rude, vile, disgusting, and disrespectful attitude.

Location was great, not far from Ramstein air base. The place was very clean & staff was friendly. Will use this hotel again when in town.

Wonderful family owned hotel and restaurant (the food was fabulous; but make sure you’re hungry!!)

The room was large and clean. Water pressure was great. Short walk from the train station. A full scale restaurant and decently priced menus. It was nice taking a nice hot shower and relaxing at the restaurant downstairs after two weeks of traveling.
