Osoblje jako ljubazno, susretljivo. Hrana je dobra, neograničeno piće i jelo uz doručak i večeru. Hotel je straiji i vjerojatno će uskoro biti renovirane sobe ali je prihvatljiv.
Jedina zamjerka je uključivanje stroja za prešanje papira u 5h ujutro , a isti je jako bučan.
Posebno pohvale gospođi Angeli na recepciji te gospođi Mirjani iz restorana, ali i ostalo osoblje je ljubazno i susretljivo.
