Unfortunately we chose this hotel because it is near by Carolus thermal and there are some positive comments, good ranking here but it is absolutely not correct and we totally regret it. We wish we would chose another place. Firstly, there is no variable breakfast as mentioned, so poor, only egg, bread, some pre-packed breakfast items like jam, chocolate spread, it is not worth it, you feel hungry, definitely you better go outside. Only the woman staff at breakfast was kind. Secondly, room wasn’t good cleaned and some hairs on the bed and blankets were dirty, there are yellow spots on it. Bed and pillow are the worse, not comfortable, really where did you buy those huge pillows, it is nightmare and we couldn’t sleep all the nights till morning. There is no hairdryer at room and it was shock after douche and we came here for thermal vacation, now think about it without hairdryer and we couldn’t reach the reception to get hairdryer. cause no one answered and the phone at room is not working, also no one at the reception desk. We didn’t have hairdryer till last day evening, the owner of hotel gave us his private hairdryer. Room has a window but it is covered by sticker so you could not see outside, it is fully makes you depressed especially in winter, like a prison. Moreover reception is a ghost. There is no one answer when you call reception, before and after our reservation we called many times, no one answered. When did they reach us? Despite the website which I made reservation clearly stating that checkout time is till 12:00, a thin male staff member wearing glasses came to our room at 11:00 and told us to leave. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. What makes it worse is that although there were “Please clean my room” cards in the room and we placed one on the door, our room was not cleaned at all. During checkout, when I mentioned this, the same staff member behaved in a very rude and disrespectful way. He insisted that rooms are not cleaned every day and even claimed that “no hotel does this,” which is simply not true. Telling a guest to “pay your money and leave” is completely inappropriate. Also he told us “you should call this number”which is written on the small paper of the reception door, it is so funny cause not the same number on google and he told me “you passed from this door you must see this number too” :)) we never saw the number, not in their website too. It is motel, not hotel. So unprofessional. Overall, this was a very poor experience and a total disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel due to its lack of professionalism and basic respect for guests.
