Check in and out process was seamless. Receptionist was lovely. The hotel is very clean with thoughtful amenities provided throughout. I booked a single room with shared WC/toilet (i had my private sink and shower in the bedroom). The bedroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only downside to my stay is my bedroom was on level 1, and the WC/toilet was on ground floor so wasn't convenient going down anf up during the night. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor by the way. The hotel has a bus stop and train line right outside. Close by you have a supermarket and cafe. The bus #6 takes you to the main hbf station, historical centre and surroundings which is super convenient, and fast. Would recommend this hotel if you are not too fussed about staying a bit outside central. Its a quiet area.

The hotel location is a bit far from city center but they have a Salzburg card that can be bought from the reception or from the city center which covers all types of transportation within the city. It is owned by a family and run by them personally so as guest we feel we are their special guests and indeed we’re treated special! The room is big and clean! Breakfast is very good 👍
