This lovely hotel overlooking the quaint town of Bouillon is clean, and quiet and has friendly staff who are open to answering any questions one might have. One of the best parts of staying there is being able to go downstairs to the amazing restaurant. The seasonal menu is varied and delicious and it was the perfect way to finish an amazing day in Bouillon. We highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. Thank you!
