Comfortable place, nice area by the church, variety of restaurants not too expensive, 3 minute walk to seaside, rooms warm in winter (February).

For anyone wishing to stay in Larnaca’s old city, Hotel Opera represents good value in a location convenient to everything. There’s no restaurant but no shortage of local eateries. WiFi is very spotty. Be aware also that hotel reception is accessed via a 24-step flight of stairs - no elevator, no porter. Our room was fine though the bathroom/shower very small. Cleaning service was outstanding. It’s an old-fashioned place but quite decent in all respects and well-worth what was paid.

Location is the best feature
WiFi was good
Staff was ok not very chatty
Room was very small
Room Furniture /shower room needs a good upgrade
Cleanliness on arrival didn't look like the shower room was cleaned well ( I let that go) hairs were present on the floor if I spotted them why didn't the pre room cleaner spot them
There was other issues with hygiene ( maybe I was unlucky going by the great reviews ) would I stay here again personally I wouldn't and I wouldn't recommend this place sorry but location is wonderful
