We booked 2 triple rooms for 6 people in total in Agoda, and paid all charges and feed before arrival. But the reception guy told us you booked 2 double room for 4 people. I showed him the details from Agoda page, after some time he seems like agree with me. After few hours he asked for another payment like city tax , I told him I paid all the fees to Agoda. I did not get any messages from Agoda saying I need to pay city tax. He was felt like trying to get some extra money from me. Because of that double/triple room problem on their side. They put some uncomfortable sofa bed in one of the rooms to make it triple which was unprofessional. Elevator also was not working well. Considering these problems and the location from the city center, I will not stay there again. The only good side was breakfast they included in the price.
