Firstly I’d have to give compliments to Arastoo from the reception and Umar Said from housekeeping. Arastoo made me feel welcomed upon arrival and he made sure that I felt safe by greeting me each time we met at the lobby! Umar on the other hand kept my room extremely clean and tidy throughout my stay. It was one of the most pleasant stay I’ve had at a hotel in a long while!
Location wise, it’s so convenient as the train station is just across the road. That made my travels so much easier and cost efficient as all the connecting trains were there.
I was a solo traveller, female and Muslim, that felt safe in the area despite there being alot of suspicious looking people! I was advised to stay out only when there’s daylight so i made sure to return to the hotel by 6pm latest to ensure my safety.
There were so many halal options near the hotel and grocery shops so i didn’t go hungry at any point of time.
Overall it’s a super hotel to stay at for the price you’re paying!

Hotel is located in the central opposite main station. Friendly and helpful staff. The service is good. The only downside is the poor sound proof (outside and next door guest). Car park comes with a price, small narrow and dirty with birds. It really needs refurbishment.

Boutique Hotel near the train station, nice staff, good room with loccitane ammenities, good breakfast. sadly no AC, but they provide 2 fan.
Luckily the night air is cool with the window open.
They clean and make up the room daily, but unfortunatly they not wash the used glass and spoon.
Overal this is great hotel. Hope so will be improved.

This hotel appeared great on Google based on what I have to assume are paid reviews. It was fine to stay alone for a few nights but I would never bring my family or anyone I care about. The interior of the hotel is up to date to 1800s standards. The doors are paper thin and could be opened with a gentle breeze. The staff are also friendly per German standards. The biggest perk of the hotel is the surrounding area of filth, drug addicts, and homelessness. Come for the lovely smell of feces on the street, stay for the high chance of needlestick disease transmission.
