Very clean place, well looked after with great lake views and parking. However the walls are so thin that guests from next room could be heard clearly even when speaking softly. Also, for this price point I would expect a little floor space to do morning yoga stretches but there was absolutely no such space in my tiny (but functional) single room. Kettle with tea/coffee in the room would have been nice too. Most disappointing was not being greeted at breakfast or receiving a menu or being offered scrambled eggs which are not served unless requested. Also, there is no coffee/tea visible in the breakfast room. It has to be ordered especially by each customer which is unusual and inconvenient at breakfast!
