The location was great and staff were incredibly friendly. However, the cleanliness and facilities could use some improvement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Very comfortable stay. Good beds. Location minutes from bus station and supermarket on the opposite corner. Good linen and aircon. Wifi very good and we appreciated having a lift. Door opens from room to the outside on a very narrow ledge. It was great to have the fresh air in. It's not a balcony but a nice feature. Very good shower and lovely and clean bathroom. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel was about 20-25 minutes walking distance to the main sights of Florence and the train, etc. with also close proximity to the tram. The staff spoke English well and Spanish and were always helpful.
The room was basic although had everything we needed for our short stay. No bottled free water or anything in the room but there were shops near and a nice pizzeria and greek food. The breakfast was very basic but only 6 euros.
