I absolutely loved my stay—the view was truly breathtaking! In my opinion, it offers the best view among all the hotels in the area. Watching the sunset felt like stepping into a dream. There are a few rules to follow, but if you respect them, you’ll enjoy excellent service and a smooth experience. I’d definitely recommend this place, and I plan to return—next time with a car, since getting there required quite a bit of walking. If you’re on foot, just be cautious—the road leading to the hotel can be a bit tricky, as some cars tend to drive fast. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!

After turning up at 2.45pm but unable to yet check in. We headed to the pool area for a beer as was so hot. The pool area was hotter so wanted to sit up a level in the big table seating area but promptly told by staff that we can't leave the pool area. We can drink there or in our room only. Weird as that was and from the tone of the staff I proceeded to now look at Google reviews as Agoda had the place rated high. Well this said it all really. Terrible reviews for the most part. Now many complain of the staff but after a short time we could see that the staff are only under directions of an egotistical idiot of an owner. He has a rule that nobody can drink at the biggest and nicest area with a breeze unless it's 7pm to 9.45pm. You are not allowed to bring your own food or drinks to the hotel and especially forbidden to have food in your rooms. Being that they don't have a restaurant and you are a 40min hard walk to the nearest sign of food, is insane. They turn off the air-conditioning at night and you must call reception each time you want it back on. It was 37c every day. The toilets in common areas are on sensor which is great except he has it set on about 8 secs. So unless your superman you better not want to try and find the toilet roll holder. Now I was willing to brush this all off as a cultural experience and felt sorry for the staff. (Staff are actually really nice of you give them respect and likely hate their job but need it.) But arriving back one afternoon and my wife walked well ahead of me towards reception and I see the owner sitting with a friend, he proceeded to literally jump from his chair to great my wife in a ridiculously happy mood only to them see me quickly approach too. He then also wanted to shake my hand. But then proceeded to sleezy hold my wife's hand and attempt to kiss her hand but she pulled away a little. We sat near for a min and he proceeded to try and engage me on distant chat. I said it was hot today and he then said o should go take my wife to sit by his pool and make his hotel look even more beautiful. Not something I would normally stand for but being in a foreign country you have little choice but to restrain yourself as long as possible. We moved immediately for our own sake then. Breakfast is just cold meats, bread and biscuits. Now this hotel is in a gorgeous location and has the potential to be a real tourist attraction but the owner is a complete f@ckw!t. Come see the view from here but don't stay. Sorry again to the staff for having to work for this man and especially Cherif at the pool side who's a really lovely man.
