I stayed at Hotel Lucky Inn in Hamburg. The location is excellent (5/5) and the cleanliness was perfect (5/5). However, my experience was affected by the service. The staff was not very welcoming (2/5) and the overall services were average (3/5).
What disappointed me most is that I booked a Comfort Single Room with City View, but upon arrival I was given a Single Room instead. The explanation was that the booked room type was already fully occupied, which was frustrating since I had reserved it in advance.
Overall, it’s a clean hotel in a great spot, but I hope they improve their staff attitude and respect room bookings more carefully.
