The hotel turned out to be better than expected! Everything was absolutely exceptional, amazing breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location. In our hotel room there were even a kettle with tea bags and sugar as well as extra blankets and towels. I would definitely return here to stay, once I'm in Baden-Baden again.

Dies war mein erster Besuch in Baden-Baden und ich war hocherfreut, dieses Hotel gewählt zu haben. Der Zweck meiner Reise bestand darin, das Museum Frieder Burda und die Caracalla-Thermen zu besuchen, und die Lage war perfekt, ganz in der Nähe von beidem. Dazu ein schönes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und guter Wasserdruck der Dusche – es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Ich würde es gerne wieder besuchen.

I was put into a room in another building - the "guesthouse". I don't know if this was the hotel's doing or Agoda's, but I wasn't impressed. My building had no elevator so not good for mobility-impaired or peeps with big suitcases. The rate I paid would have been acceptable for the Lohr but not this other building. Room was fine. Breakfast was good. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Pay attention when booking as the photos are almost always of the best rooms/buildings.
