    Hate to write a negative review as the staff were delightful. This booking platform mistakenly booked us at their 4 star sister hotel and they graciously honored the confirmation that clearly showed their 5 star la Yaca. The room was so tiny that I couldn’t pass by my husband when he was seated at the desk and had to climb over the bed. The thermostat was difficult to operate and we had a hot first night without much sleep. Breakfast was meagerly portioned and outrageously expensive with slow and somewhat incompetent service with a smile. We had much better experiences in 4 star hotels on this trip. I understand the premium of St Tropez real estate however can’t say we’ll ever return.
