    Beautiful heritage hotel in the heart of Dijon! Location is unbeatable, the building is full of charm, and the staff are wonderful — friendly, attentive, and quick to resolve even small issues. No elevators and the creaky floors mean you’ll hear neighbors (expected in a historic building), but it didn’t bother me at all. Insider tip: just around the corner is L’Bout de la Rue, a cozy spot that only serves mussels with frites — one of the best meals we had in Dijon!
