British couple, stayed there for a couple of days and had the most amazing time. Spa - strictly no swim wear, we were given some towels to wrap around us. Spa place was amazing. Staff was so lovely. Food was amazing. The views were incredible. We will come back.

Upon arrival, front desk staff did not look like they wanted to be there. Not polite and not helpful. Within 5 minutes of check in, a random repairman burst into our room without notice, and said that he was scheduled to repair our shower…… without consent, he then marched straight into our bathroom with his shoes on inside a clean space…… we had to ask him to leave and he kept trying to come into our room. We also specifically told the hotel that we were celebrating a birthday for this one week holiday, but there were no decorations at all in the room as requested. There is lack of attention to detail and poor organisation for what is supposed to be a five star resort. The facilities itself are good, we enjoyed the multiple saunas, steam rooms and outdoor pool, and they separate adults only section for peace and quiet. We also booked a spa treatment 2 days in advance, and on the day the spa staff told us they made a mistake and double booked another client for the same machine during the same session…and then tried to charge us more for a massage that was not on the price list and we did not request for. Overall the hardware of the hotel are operational, the software (staff) need much more training.
