Very clean hotel infact spotless looked new. Amazing breakfast something for everyone’s taste. Location for me was in a good spot as quiet . Staff very friendly happy , bedrooms got hot and it was only April but can open door onto a lovely big balcony

The location of the hotel isn't too bad if you like to walk around the city. The hotel isn't too bad in regards to the quality of the facilities and the cleanness.
The major issue was the air-conditioning that never reaches 22 degree and stays always at 26 or 27 degree (the current temp shows on the AC panel in each room at 26 or 27 degree, while there is another temp indicator at the reception from the central system and this will show alway at 25 degree). The whole AC system is centrally controlled so u can't do much in your room besides changing the fan speed and the receptionist will say the same things that nothing much he can do about the AC on your enquiries or complaints. It was just so uncomfortable to sleep and stay in the room when the weather has been so hot. I didn't understand when they could cool the whole public areas so much colder why they couldn't make rooms cooler.
Another major problem is the service staffs at the restaurant and the Cafe. None of them will speak any English and their attitudes are extremely abrupt and aggressive. If anyone opts in for the half board or full board, do stay away from these options. Basically they don't replenish any buffet items and just saying 'no we don't have'. On 2 consecutive nights we asked if they have more watermelon and melon, they simply said they don't have.
