Simple no frill hotels, but what they do, they do very well.
Pros. Location, location, location.
Pedestrian street, some top floor rooms have sea view.
One minute walk from bus station for beach trips and direct airport bus
One minute walk from miele equipped laundry
Ten minute walk from ferry port. Flat, no kerbs, no cobble stones so wheeling a suitcase easy peasy
5 minutes walk from knoght street in the old town
2 minute walk from sim shops (real branches)
Surrounded by local style coffee shops
One minute walk from international shops.
Very helpful staff.
Simple rooms. Clean sheets, comfy beds, very good pillows
Plumbing worked fine. Good pressure. Always hot water.
Very nice breakfast. Greek style, not international.
Get up at 7. Walk around twn while its completely empty, then back at 8 for greek yoghurt with walnuts and honey. What a perfect start to the day.
Cons. I would have preferred slightly smaller bedroom and slightly bigger bathroom. But this is nitpicking.
Would definitely be.my number one chance if i ever go back to rhodes. And it should be yours. Its just so convenient.

Stayed 306, it’s a triple room, bad sewage smell, I killed a cockroach, socks left over by previous guests in wardrobe, the bar next door closed after 12 midnight, there’s a day until 2am.
Good breakfast,, good location for booking boats and shopping, kind staffs, room 303 has nice view
