In day you are to arrive you will receive message telling you that the address is wrong on booking.com. The hotel is not actually in Cologne but basically an indudtrial estate in Wesseling a fair distance from Cologne. There is nothing nearby to get food or drink and you are reliant on very limited vending machine.

I took my booking confirmation with me to discover it did not include the keysafe number to get my key. I had to get out my computer in the rain and go to agoda's website to find out what was going on. I discover there was a message unknown to me about the hotel info. This is completely unacceptable to be put in duress by not telling me how to get the key. I was not given a proper room but a grubby apartment. I didn't know if any of the bedclothes were clean as none of them looked clean. I cannot recommend this bunkhouse.
