We come around /after 22h, it was raining , the room we got was nice but window was widely open, corridor has no heating at all- switched off and I was sick-bad cold. We god another room but also heating was completely off. I asked for heated room, the young guy said - NO rooms!?!? The guy just turned his head on another side completely ignored me. We ended up being in winter jacket in the room, went to bed dressed up like we sleep in a camp in tent. I guess hotel was empty so they didn't want to switch heating on. If i wasn't sick, if there no rain, if we could get money back we would leave the place.
