Reception told us that check out was at 12pm, but we ended up being locked out of our room after 11am. We couldn’t resolve the issue quickly because there was no receptionist on site over the weekend in the morning, and the number they provided for us to call did not work.
Furnishings in the room were rather old. The kettle looked a bit stained and I didn’t dare to use it.

Excellent location right next to the train station & walking distance from the CEA - right next to the tram and 10 minutes from any place in the center.
Very functional room - could add a couple outlets but I managed this well.
Kudos and appreciation for the front desk staff - Alexandra and Aline who provided directions and recommendations. Was able to leave my luggage and just needed to swing back just before taling the train. A definite recommendation. Thank you
