It took some finding - even using satnav - but check in was easy and the lady who looked after us friendly and extremely helpful. They say they have parking and they do (at a cost) just round the corner but it wasn't expensive. The room was absolutely fine and the gentleman who checked us out next morning could not have done more to help.
Super location on the edge of the old town, good for the station and great value for money. Thankyou to all at the hotel and if visiting again we will stay again.

Great location. Near the bus station, old town and lake Annecy as well as all the activities around. Staff is friendly and room is very clean.

Conveniently located and walk from hotel to the famous spots like cathedrals, Little Palace, Palace Museum. There was a Christmas market too. At the train cum bus station, there are 3 supermarkets selling Africa and local food. Good idea to pick up some bread and fruits before heading to hotel room.
Environment was safe and no unsavoury people hanging around unlike Rue de la Gare where beggars, homeless, rowdy teenagers hanged around
Will definitely recommend friends to Hotel du Nord if they want to come to Annecy
