I requested additional coffee pods because I couldn’t find it in the supermarket they use Delta coffee maker, I just wrote and left a note because we always leave early and when we got back I have my request. Thank you so much! The staff are all helpful and they tried to communicate with me even if we only speak English. I request requested for the one with a balcony and they try their best to give it to me. They gave us also a QR code for the discounted entrances to the Cailler factory and the cheese factory as well. The room was affordable and it’s very spacious. The location is near the train station around seven minutes walk. Very convenient when you go to go to Gruyere, Charmey, and Broc.
