We arrived past 11pm at this hotel after a long journey. This hotel is pretty big and we were assigned at the new wing which is pretty far from the reception. We booked this hotel because of what we saw in the photos and description. The guy in the reception did not speak english and we couldn't fully understand him so it was a struggle to find our room since the layout is unusual and in another wing. When we reached our room it was smaller than the superior suite that was advertised. It was supposed to be 36m² but what we got was 20m² at best, significantly different furnitures from the photos and there was no tub either. We booked a superior suite but we were given the double superior basing on the advertised photos. After 17h of travel, struggling to understand the reception and walking far to find the room we just decided not to say anything, take the room, call it a night and sleep. The pool/sauna was advertised to open at 9am but it did not open til 9:30. Sauna also did not open til almost 10am. The breakfast was terrible. Only had 1 kind of sliced bread, juice machine not working, only had boiled eggs, cheese and sliced cold cuts. It did not feel like a 4-star hotel breakfast at all. So different from other hotels with the same rating that we stayed in. Worst breakfast I have ever seen so far.
