The staff is very friendly. Fabrizzio in particular was very helpful and always smiling.
Location is fantastic! Close to the cathedral and some nice places to eat around. Will definitely stay again.

I felt so welcomed and safe from the moment I checked in, which is so important as a female solo traveller. The reception staff went above and beyond. The breakfast included was great. Room was standard, although the shower head sprayed everywhere, so they might need an update but a part from that room was nice and clean. Good location within walking distance of the city centre
