    Hello from Hong Kong to you all, the love hotel teams! I travelled to Paris to attend a short course at Ferrandi and luckily found this lovely hotel. It’s new, clean, and super cosy—just a one-minute walk from the main street with lots of nice bistros and bars, Vivian metro station, and the 58 bus line. On my first day, I was upgraded to a better room, and the staff has been taking great care of me since I arrived. As a solo traveller, I really appreciated how friendly and thoughtful the team was. They all speak good English and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. My room even had a bathtub, and there’s an elevator, which is always a plus! The location is perfect, the hospitality is amazing, and I had such good sleep every night. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for more. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Paris and would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

    The hotel was generally alright - near the city centre, not unclean etc. but don’t expect them to go the extra mile or do anything with a smile. I was also told to go up to my room while it was still being tidied and has to wait quite a while more outside my room door. In terms of amenities, hair conditioner is not provided. Consider other hotels but, again, not the worst stay that I’ve had.
